Howdy and thank you for reading my profile!I would like to start off by saying that over the last couple of years I have made health and wellness an important part of my life. This does not mean I am hard core about it or a delicate little flower but, it does mean if you have the TV schedule memorized for everyday of the week we are probably not a match...just saying. I have three awesome kids, two in college and an eighth grader.
