I own my first home now, but in a few years I'd like to buy a small house on a big spread of land, have a few acres of pasture and woods. The first date is about getting to know one another. I like it casual and low pressure. I would want to meet up somewhere fun and relaxed and have a conversation. If there is a good connection...well, that leads to date #2.
