I love going and leaving absolutely disgusting knowing I did something good for myself. I used to be really into lifting, and there is always the potential to get back into it. You can find me on the treadmill, runalking (that would be a contraction of running / walking ) for a while, or potentially in the aerobics room dancing my butt off. If I don't make it to the gym, I'll walk around the neighborhood with my dog, good for her and good for me!I thoroughly enjoy cooking. Something about the creating is fun and calls to me, but also the sharing of oneself in the food you give. If I have a not so good day I usually come home and chop things. Cooking for people that are important to me is one of the best things to do.
