Movies should also wait; you can't get to know someone just sitting in the dark and focusing all your attention on the huge screen in front of you. Ideally, a fresh sea food lunch, followed by a wine tasting tour, and then a casual walk someplace where the two of you can watch the sun set sounds like a very nice, low stress, low distraction, get to know someone, kind of date.
