How the heck do I even begin to describe myself? I'm a little out there and weird. I'd like to think that I have a pretty good sense of humor. I could go on and on with this. I'm big on nostalgia music. I don't mind a guy that kisses other guys. I'm a very open minded girl and I can't be with someone who laughs at same sex couples. One of my best friends happens to be gay and I love him to death. I'm also pretty vocal about being for gay marriage. I'm Straight against Hate. I'm also not a republican by any means. I'm looking for someone who thinks outside the box. To be a bit more general with all of this, I'll say that I love musicians and people who are quirky, creative, and into the Arts. I love people that think globally and understand that there's more out there. If you are content to never leave the state/never leave the south, then you're probably not the guy for me. I am looking for someone active who can keep up with my crazy life! I love to travel and to try new things! In the past year I have done the following... -.. but I found out I love it! -.. I love road trips (in the process I hit 2 jack rabbits, 1 cottontail, and 1 rattlesnake... the southwestern wildlife may never let me return to the area)- Bought my first road bike - Competed in my first Triathlon-- Completed my first Duathlon... not exactly by choice. It was a Tri, but the swim was canceled due to rough surf so we all had to run the Duathlon... ugh... I'm not a runner! My family - both human and non-human - is very important to me. I spend a good bit of time with my parents and my brother hanging out at the beach, working on someone's house, or visiting a local winery or brewery. As for my fuzzy family members, I have two dogs and a newly acquired kitten that is still a "foster" at this time. One dog is a crazy terrier mix who is a very good judge of character (I hope she likes you). My other is a food stealing, tree eating Chocolate Lab. Despite his "problems" my lab is also a trained hunting dog and when I have the time, I love to get him out and watch him work. I'm a terrible shot, so I usually try to bring someone along who can actually put down a bird for him. If you think you can keep up, I'd love to hear from you! Definitely no movie... not sure how you get to know someone at a movie. I like something a little competitive that hopefully neither of us are good at to make it a little more fun.
