I never know how I should describe myself. My friends say that I am comical and a blast to be around, but I am sometimes set in my ways. I have (from what I am told) an extremely sweet disposition. I will do anything for my friends and family-- they are my world. I am currently a student pursuing my first bachelor's degree in both Computer Information Technology as well as English literature. I hope to someday, maybe, eventually get a master's degree and possibly a Ph.D in literature and teach at a college. The CIT degree is simply going to be my backup plan, or a way to actually make sure that I will always have a job when I need it. I try to be open to almost anything in the world, because I do not feel like it is my place to judge anyone else, as I know that I would not like other people to judge me. I also try to be kind to everyone that I meet for the same reason. I am a firm believer that if we show more love to others, we, in turn, will see more love shown to us. I am a huge nerd at heart. There are a few things that I will geek out about, one of them, of course, being a good book. I am also a total tech-junkie and think that simple gadgets are the coolest things in the world. To my closest friends, I am also a huge music lover. For a while in my life I was a concert oboist, and still share my passion for music with others. For the most part, I am very approachable and I will talk to nearly anyone that starts up a conversation with me. What this means to you is that you can message me, and I will indefinitely message you back. My ideal first date would be entirely up to the person that is taking me out on the date. The more creative and fun the date can be, the better. I adore things that are generally out of the ordinary. However, I do like plain simple things, as well. I'm currently in school for graphic design. I love to draw and paint in my spare time. I workout 6-7 a week, currently doing P90X and so far it's pretty great and intense! I love movies so I also like collecting them, just because, lol. I can be serious when necessary and I can also be pretty goofy sometimes. I am partially deaf, I wear digital hearing aids, I can hear with them and I can talk pretty clear. I enjoy being surrounded with a good group of friends and pride myself on building good friendships over the years. I've been on a few dating sites and change this section way too much. It seems lazy, but honestly, it is better to just message me if there's anything you want to know. I don't do hook-ups and it takes me a while to warm up to someone physically. I'm not rich and am still figuring out how to get where I want to be in life. I am just your average 24 year old vegetarian who knits, gardens, and makes bow ties :) I'm very sarcastic, awkward and a bit weird. I really like the idea of being self-sufficient but I know It will never happen. So instead I try to be environmentally friendly and supportive of local things. I grow a veggie garden during the summer, raise a few chickens for eggs (also for fun) and compost. It sounds lame but these are things that are important to me and a bit of a snapshot of my interests. I mostly have great intentions that stray away from me and get me into many awkward situations. That's my talent. I also have this amazing ability to make myself sound super crazy, when I'm only trying to be polite.
