I am the IT person for a midsized HR company. In my spare time I volunteer in a technical role for a local community theatre doing lights, sound and helping out with the IT needs of my office staff. Being a very goal minded person I'm sure I'll have no problem with that. I'm pretty much open here but as I mentioned above I'm not into the scene and I'd much rather hang out in a smaller quiet place away from large crowds where you can actually talk and get to know each other better. Dinner in a quiet restaurant or even a BBQ at home, lunch in the park or drinks in a quiet lounge is always more preferrable to me then going to a club or movie.
