Hello, Thank you for taking an interest in me.I came here from the Okanagan in BC for University and plan to move back one day once my projects are finished, because all my friends and family are there and I miss them, and having the lakes and the mountains within minutes of my front door.Personality wise, I have been told I am terribly hard to figure out. I have long forgotten what leisure time is because I bought a small house to renovate on the side as a ‘hobby’, in my ‘spare’ time. So we shall have to say that when I procrastinate from renovating, I enjoy a tasty pint and a good game of chess, or a long random drive/ ride out of the city. I also enjoy the odd camping trip and big bon-fires with an ice cold beer in hand.…. Now comes the tricky part…finding the girl. I also love trying new things and having new experiences. I am not looking for a particular type of woman, but I would like to find someone who has grown out of the nightclub scene but can still go out and dance a night away occasionally. I also need someone who is not self-involved and understands that there is a whole world going on around us everyday, and I hope you know something about it. I am very intelligent and a complete autodidact, so I need to be with free and active thinkers. I don't say this to be critical or mean spirited. If your idea of conversation is re-capping what happened on your favourite TV show, I will fall asleep. I believe in the old saying - Simple minds talk about people, Average minds talk about things, but Great minds talk about ideas. Going out for dinner and a sporting event would be nice. Going out with a mixed group of friends for an afternoon and then dinner later is always nice too. Perhaps a round of golf before the snow flies? If I know a little about you I can probably come up with something clever and fun. Leave it up to me and I won't disappoint. I'm very curious by nature and will probably find your interests as appealing as my own.
