Life isn't always straight forward. I've learnt the hard way the true value of honesty, compassion, kindness and trust. On balance I'm confident I've done more good to people than bad which is probably as good a measure of a man's character as any. I think I'm fairly resilient; over the years I've managed to break my nose, my shoulder twice, a few ribs, fractured my shin and torn a ligament in my ankle and as far as I'm aware everything still pretty much works OK.e.
