FYI -I'm not on here for 'Friends' or 'Hang out'. Socially i like to see local bands (80's, classic rock, current rock), go to fests, Wisc Dells, flea markets, garage sales, downtown at night, classic car shows, and of course....nights on the couch. I like get away weekends, hot tubs, fast cars, tattoos, motorcycles. i'm not exactly the outdoorsy type, but i will do camping/fishing/boating. It's fall.....let's do some "Fall things"......like pumpkin farms, hay rides, haunted trails and houses, and drink hot apple cider. people say i'm pretty open and easy to talk to, so none of that fake crap here! I don't think I have drama and I'm too old for games. I have a pretty good sense of humor so i hope you do too. I don’t really desire to visit a place twice.....my attitude is that there is so much of the world to see, why would you want to go to the same place??My work week is busy with my kids and teaching and so on the weekends I like to do more low key kinds of things (this is not to say that I don’t like to whoop it up now and then - life has to stay fun and exciting!) This being said, I enjoy trying new restaurants followed by a quite walk around the area. I have great friends who have awesome husbands so getting together with them for dinner and drinks is always a good time. I enjoy attending local festivals such as Grape and Wine in St.). I like watching movies in theatres or in the quiet of my home. I love the music of the 80's and 90's and very much enjoy going to concerts. Jacobs, Collingwood, etc., are fun with or without the kids.The things that make me smile are my kids, my dog, and my students. My kids are my life - I have a 9 year old girl who is beautiful, funny, creative, energetic, and smart. I also have a boy who is ***he is smart, handsome, hilarious, and loves sports such as hockey and football. My dog is also something that makes me smile. Lucy, like all dogs, loves unconditionally - she is always waiting at the door with her tail wagging, excited to see us home. My students also make me smile - grade one is a very challenging grade to change to teach but when I see how much I have taught them and how far they have come in June, it makes me feel so proud.I am happy and content with my life, so I am not in any rush to date the world.
