Hi! After being back in WI for 10 mos, I thought it time to rewrite my little description on meetville. If you had previously read it, I have been hunting this fall & WIN!Back to the description: So I think I'm an awesome "catch," as do my friends & family (they're not biased--I swear!!). The 2 men I had dated from meetville this year were very nice, but not the right guys for me.I work full time, have a car, all that jazz. I do not have children and am undecided as to whether or not I would have children of my own or rather stick to being the auntie (or a role model for someone else's children). I am completely unattached currently (though meetville likes to use "divorced." Like there's some stigma to that...), but I don't mind it. I'd rather have one GOOD date every 6 mos, than 7 horrible dates a week!!I'm funny, sarcastic, have a dark sense of humor. I'm a paramedic, so that's kind of our thing. I'm currently working for a Shopko extension (not for Shopko per se, but another part of the corporation), but working on my NREMT so I can get back on the boo boo bus.I like movies, I'm way into American Horror Story currently.;I listen to almost every kind of music, though I struggle with current country pop. My Ipod is always on "shuffle."I have 2 cats, however, I assure you I am not a crazy cat lady. Except during NCAA basketball. Then it's Wildcats All. The. Way.Yes, I have a ***, I don't use Yahoo Chat. If I don't respond to a message, probably not the best idea to call me a "stuck up ****." (True Story). Also, please have a photo you're willing to share. I have 5 (I think), so I think that's only fair. No one can be THAT hideously ugly. For goodness sake, it's the internet. There's always someone uglier & richer than you :-)Anything else--please ask. Hope to hear from new users and meet new people!!-K First dates. I've had some bad ones! Mostly because I think the internet gives people carte blanche to be themselves behind the safety of their computer screens...but when you get to the face to face part, alot of people fall to pieces! I have a job where I'm in the public eye, so I'm able to talk to anyone, pretty much about anything. I like to go for a cup of coffee, a dessert, maybe dinner, a beer or glass of wine . I've never understood going to the movies right off--it's not like you can chat in the theater!! And I have never stood up anyone--I may be uncomfortable, praying for death even, but I'll stick it out because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Hmmm...What else? If you have a first date idea, I'm open to suggestions. I'll try just about anything once. I don't have alot of fears--maybe spiders. I *do* like an emergency exit on that first date, so hiking in the secluded wilderness is probably out.
