UPDATE!! After being on here for a month or so, I want to make it clear what I am looking for. I am looking for someone Caucasian and at least 5'11! Well the caption above is about how I feel. I know eveyone on here states no "drama" I would love a man definition of that please! I was also told I started dating to soon! I am a unique individual unlike what some might think! I have 3 kids 2 live with me and one doesn't. I have the normal everyday issues to deal with like evEry other person that has teenagers that live with them. I am tired of getting hurt by men that either can't deal with the fact that when you are with a pretty woman men tend to look or old boyfriends regret not continuing what they once had! That isn't the womans fault. Lack of communication! I want a man that is strong enough to deal with someone that has kids to someone else and isn't insecure because he comes to see his kids. No man needs to be confused about that! As far as dating I want a man that is in this for the long haul! I don't feel kids need to meet your boyfriend until you are both sure its going to work! Oh better out this out there. I am an honest person and I guess some guys can't handle that! If a guy calls me I tell you if a guy says something to me I talk about it plz if something bothers you I can't read your mind you need to communicate! And for some reason men don't understand I don't like conflict but I will not be walked on and I will protect my own and will stand my own ground! I have a big heart and I do a lot for others. That's me. I work a lot I am a pediatric nurse and I am a single mother yes I have a lot on my plate but *** being told I started dating to soon how about man up if ya don't like me say so. I will always be busy my job my kids and family BUt I want a man in my life for me not that I need a man to take care of me I don't. Please understand I have time for a relationship! I would like to meet someone that can respect my decisions but if they don't understand why then ask. Everyone has drama if you will. In their own way unless you have no kids and have never loved before oh and have a financial advisor guess maybe you don't. But I do have a positive outlook on life and I want happiness but normalcy and drama are just words that every individual defines different! I love a funny man! NOT obnoxious, funny! I really like tattoos, I have a few very tasteful ones myself. Not big on drinkers or smokers, social drinking is fine but if you consider alcohol a major food group then please move on. I love baking, funny no-brainer movies, outdoor activities, gardening, the theatre, Italian food, dessert (especially cheesecake!) and animals. I have a 24 year old son that I've pretty much raised on my own so needless to say we are very close. Two dogs (a Pomeranian and a very cute mutt pup) and 2 birds are my roommates. I have been a Vet Tech at a clinic in VB for a little over 14 years now and I really love my job. It's something I can come home from and feel as though I have accomplished something. My favorite music is 80's and classic rock but I will listen to just about anything - except rap, sorry, I just can't do it. I'm looking to meet a SANE individual, a gentleman who believes in romance and companionship. A car door opening, flower giving, tender hearted man who is looking for someone to share things with is what I'm looking for. I'm not on here for a "casual hook-up" so if all you want is a bed partner then, again, move on.This may sound a little goofy but I absolutely LOVE stand-up comedy! When I can I try to catch a show at the Funny Bone. I figure life is way to serious sometimes, why not let your hair down, clear your mind and have a laugh or two. The theatre is a big thing with me also and I promise, if you like it too, I won't tell anyone - I know how men are about their "Man Cards" and saying you like the theatre could get yours revoked. I'm really up for just about anything - except skydiving and bungee jumping. I can't see jumping out of a perfectly good airplane or off a well built bridge for no reason at all - but I would definitely cheer you on! And then there are some nights that are just made for a movie at home though, with popcorn and a glass of wine (or beverage of your choice of course). I, personally, am a Moscato girl - it's sweet and goes great with popcorn! I'm not much of a drinker.I really hate drama. I've dealt with that and I'm over it completely. We all have baggage, at our age who doesn't, right? But some people just let their baggage weigh them down too too much. I'm not one of those and don't care to have that in my life.
