I love life and all that it has to offer (with science, nature, physics, good people and the universe) I do stay positive and do a pretty good job of it! I have a seriously warped sense of humor at times and it's hilarious! (sometimes I guess... depending on your humor and what you think is funny.... Family Guy & American Dad is hilarious to me for example) I am on the liberal side sorta, and kinda political but I don't push the issue as I do not really like politics LOL. I believe people have a duty to stand up for what's right though. I am not religious. I am actually an atheist and agnostic but in a very positive way! :) I am looking to be in a band again as I do play drums but I haven't played in like 2 years now.... I have a pretty good job and I work the graveyard shift so I am very nocturnal. So far this site has not worked for me but yet I keep trying in hopes to converse at least. Happy Fishing! Well.... I really do enjoy walks on the beach and some summer "" I dig our local state parks very much so.I enjoy going out for dinner and a good flick or just to go somewhere and have a nice chat. Though I love movies, but I believe movies are not a good first date as that should be after you can get to know each other. I don't think I can sit there for over 2 hours and not chat with a lady I don't even know. lol. I like to go to concerts, which brings up another first date that is like, ("What?!! I can't hear you"!!) but I love live bands!! Yeah, I'm big into all genres of metal and rock so I hope that would not bother ya. You can dig country and I would not mind at all as long as we can hit it off. I dig the bar scene but I don't get out much these days as I don't drink much anymore but I will go out to see a good band. I'm pretty open mined;-) I also enjoy cooking at home or on the grill.... But anyway, a nice cup of coffee or a walk or hiking in the park, maybe go to the lake, something simple but yet fun. Lasagna, Chicken/shrimp broccoli alfredo, meatloaf, chicken marsala, and some homemade tacos is my specialty. The list goes on.... So yes, I can cook a very good dinner, along with chillin' and grillin.'

In the past I have tried the bars, bike trails, or at the grocery store to meet someone great. I have tried the long distance dating and it just seems to not work over a long period of time. On my weekends off a person would be able to find me on a lake fishing or just sitting on a beach catching some sun. In the fall I like to watch football and go hunting. I don't watch a football game every weekend I just find it fun to catch a game every once in a while. I would like to learn how to golf. I do play mini golf and have a lot of fun. I always have fun when families get together during the holidays or for a football game on a Sunday.I like to watch movies at home or going out to a theater. I will even go to a movie if I don't want to see the movie to make the woman in my life happy. Sometimes even good love stories make for a fun date. Some weekends I find it relaxing to just stay around home and other weekends I feel the need to explore another state. I enjoy going to Gamecock football games. I like to try all different types of food. I do like to cook at home. I like to have fun at work with co-workers. I like to make people at work laugh. I like to make a woman feel like she is the only woman in a room. I am looking for a woman that can make me laugh. Someone that likes to stay home some weekends and snuggle on the sofa with a couple of good movies. I like the Outdoors so I am looking for someone that likes outdoor things. It would be fun to find someone that likes football or hockey. I am open to anything new. Trying to think about a couple of other things to write. I read a lot of profiles and they all look so good. I am not interested in someone that wants to sit at the bar every weekend. I am looking for someone who enjoys spending time outside, football game, hockey game, baseball game, and taking a trip to another part of the country. I think the first date depends on the two people meeting up and what they have time for that week. Might just be a simple date for some ice cream or coffee. I am thinking more like a lunch or dinner date. I tend to talk to much if I just have coffee in front of me on the first date. If lunch or dinner goes great maybe we would see a movie or go out for a couple of drinks or a walk on the dam.
