My favorite movie of all time is "The Breakfast Club" My favorite singer of all time is Shawn Colvin. My favorite food is Thai (I'd eat it every day if I could). I love movies and a good t.v. I unplugged from cable over 4 years ago because it was poisoning me and my family! I studied music in college on a partial vocal scholarship but never did anything real with it (unless you count singing in the shower). If you were to plug in my iPod for a listen you'd be surprised at the wide range of artists/genres. I'm a fan of just about everything, except hardcore rap or death metal.I am an old raver (yeah, I said it) so electronic music, trance in particular, really speaks to me. I love to dance but mostly to electronic genres. I have been learning to spin poi (fire spinning)over the last several years though I haven't actually graduated to fire yet because of my deep, respectful fear of fire. This is a skill I would really like to master as well. I have some friends who are some of the best spinners I've ever seen and I try to learn what I can from them.I believe in recycling and have a genuine love and concern for other people and the planet. I've been to college (but haven't finished my degree yet). I plan to go back to school Winter term to pursue a degree in nursing. I'm not religious, but deeply spiritual. I'm a fantastic cook and love to bake (especially cheesecake)! I love red wine a little too much (and I make no apologies for it). I subscribe to the theory that there isn't much that a glass of red wine and a hot bubble bath can't cure (or at least seriously bandage). As I'm sure there is to everyone, there is way more to me than I could ever explain here. Let's get together and talk over a drink!
