About Me

The first thing I want to clear up is this. I reactivated my profile from years back. I tried to edit my age, and it isn't sn option. I am 53, not 43. I can not change the year God decided to put me on earth, so for those of you who are hung up on age, keep moving. AND, YES MY PICTURES ARE CURRENT!!!! Now, with that being said, I always find the most difficult part of putting up a profile is talking about myself. How to write about yourself without sounding like a used car salesman, too egotistical or conceited. Or...Saying hardly anything, leaving the reader bored and clueless. I'm sure a lot of wonderful people are passed over simply because they lack the writing skills necessary to adequately describe themselves and catch the readers attention. OKay, LOL... That killed a few lines, but told you nothing so, back to my delimma. While I only read my horoscope on a rare occassion, and certainly don't plan my day around it, I,(and all my friends agree) have always found the personality traits that are used to describe a Libra,(my zodiac sign) to be amazingly accurate to describe me! So, I'm going to take the easy way out write what astrologers say about the Libra sign, because it's the most accurate, precise description of me! True Libra~~~ME!Very calm and collected. Strives for balance and harmony. Happiest when everything is in order and serene. Values peace at all cost. Abhors discord and conflict. Not a pushover, but in the event of dispute will be agreeable to compromise. Loathes cruelty, viciousness and vulgarity. Is naturally kind, most empathetic and tolerant.Good natured, extremely positive, very social, loves talking to people, and also is a very attentive listener. While understanding another person's point of view,they doen't take criticism well. Can be somewhat gulliable, easily influenced, and also known to be VERY, indecisive! Has a strong work ethic, dislikes laziness, easy going, rarely expresses anger, but if it happens it's a storm! Also very creative, artistic, likes the finer things in life, loves beauty, good taste and elegance.In relationships, Libras are the easiest of the signs to get along with. I love to ride, enjoy speed events,(barrel racing) and anything involving being outside, hiking, camping, swimming, barbequing. Someday I hope to be able to build a house on my property.One last thing. In the last ten years, I have been in a few relationships, dated seriously but never made it as far as even living together before cheating,(not by me) ended it. I'm not bitter, I don't live in the past, I also don't see color, we're all the same in my eyes. I'm excited to move forward, meet new people and hopefully find my soulmate! So, please...
