I love traveling and spending time with my friends and family.. I'd be lying if I didn't say I was high maintenance (hands over face) so if I don't reply to your message then get the hint! It's pointless messaging me if you have no aspirations in life and have nothing going for yourself and if your really old you've got no chance! Sorry but I'm being honest! I'm on here to meet new people and if I meet someone I like on the way then that's great! I want someone that wants to go places, someone that wants to better them selfs! Well after reading this you'll be thinking no way! Haha knew it! Well if your still smiling and want to know more than message me X

Independantly wealthy (of spirit!), good-humored company looking to share the vast bounty of the suncoast-- I'm still a career gal, but maintain an active, balanced lifestyle outside the office and would love good company with whom to share the ride. I can't say that I'm actively looking to get married; that kind of focused expectation usually only creates regrets at this time of life. I'd rather discover a "true companion" through shared interests and experiences and then be delightfully amazed at where the possibilities might lead! While I don't subscribe to "love at first sight," I am a converted follower of "divine intervention," which preserves my wrye eye on life: expect to be surprised!! Some values I hold dear are honesty, integrity and compassion. I respect kindness on all levels and cherish history with friends, memories, hope and a peaceful heart. A devoted animal lover, I volunteer with my dog, Jazz, in the Hospice Therapy Dog program. (We've also successfully completed Agility Dog training, coming to the inevitable conclusion that Jazz has ultimately more forward gears than I!). The outdoors nurture my soul, especially kayaking Florida's backwaters and bicycling to wherever. I love casual home entertaining, good conversation, playfulness and laughter, dancing, playing bridge, social poker with the neighbors, interactive games of all kinds--especially word games. I tend to be curious by nature, genuine and casual; spur of the moment plans fit easily--and usually turn out to be some of the best times. I love God and country and spent 4 years with the USO, based in Washington, DC, during the Viet Nam era. The "life dance" is full of surprises and I try to speak and live my truth. That's the part that can't be defined by words...everything unravels in its own good time--and, from here, YOU decide if you pick up the beat!! Either way, thanks for reading this far!For starters, I'd welcome something light with a casual venue that's comfortable for us both. In fact, the concept of "first dates" is overrated. I'm easy to talk with--always a springboard to discovery. From there, I have to go back to my trust in "divine intervention."

I moved to Riverside in ***, but I'm still a Kentucky country girl at heart. I enjoy new sites, foods and experiences (as long as it doesn't hurt). If you don't have a picture posted, I won't respond. I'm sorry, but for all I know, you could be a female. My favorite form of exercise is dancing. It's the only one that doesn't seem like work. Seeking a best friend for a long term relationship. Would like to spend time with someone that cares about their appearance, health, and with no unhealthy addictive behaviors. I want a person that is kind and considerate, without expecting anything in return. One that doesn't assume that I don't know much, just because I'm female. And he must be intellectual. I've learned that if I admire someone because of their knowledge, then learn what they know; I'll no longer have them on a pedestal. The man must always know more than I. I hope I don't seem too selective. I think of it as being aware of my preferences. My daughter (who signed me up to this site) thinks I'm too picky. I've told her, "if I had been more picky when I was younger, I would still be married". I haven't been married since ***. The older we get; the more selective we get. And the pickins are less favorable. I'm not looking to be someone's "Girl Toy". I appreciate honesty, even if I don't like what I'm hearing. I'm very honest, but I try to not to offend. I have a lot of friends that like me, so I guess I'm doing something right. Although in the romance department, I must be doing something wrong, because I still don't have a "Honey". So here I am, letting all of you know. I'm searching for a real down to earth, no nonsense, intelligent, yet humorous gentleman. (OK, you can be a little naughty.) My friends and family seem to worry that I might grow old alone. I'm not worried. I'm enjoying myself in the meantime. There are some days & nights that I would rather be with a significant other. A man that makes me feel confident that the next day is going to be better than today. One that can have me so charmed, that my reply to his every wish will be YES! YES! YES!. That's right, you'll have to be Prince Charming. For you older men, please stop flirting. I respect my elders, so therefore I cannot lust for you. Besides, l already have a father, and I don't think he would approve.Thank you for reading this to the end.Anywhere that will allow me to see you in your comfort zone. So that I can learn your likes and dislikes. And please, let's not make it seem like an employment interview.
