Self description is never easy but I'll do my best to give you an overview of who I am in as few words as possible. When I garden I don't wear gloves because I need to play in the soil. I am very tactile. My favorite scents are antique rose and lilac. I prefer pastels over earth tones. If I had to choose between a Kitchenaid and a diamond the mixer would win hands down. Although, truth be told it would be nice not to have to choose. I did a great job raising my two sons by myself, not perfect but we all survived and they will make their mark on this world. I sleep easy over that. The ocean is my sanctuary, and if there is a Heaven it will have never ending coastline.I have discovered a love of exercise in a variety of forms. Yoga, walking, boot camp and soon to join a gym. Never dull :) I love to cook and have enjoyed the challenge of having great flavor and still eating healthy. Add a good bottle of wine to a delicious meal and voila! Coffee, wine, walk on the beach...not the movies, that = no conversation..

I am a very happy person. Life is way too short to waste time being in an unhappy situation or surrounding yourself with unhappy/negative people. I would like to and want someone in my life, but I do not need to have someone in my life. I have a wonderful family and incredible friends. I am looking for someone to grow along with, not complete me. Successful in my career, laid back, easy going but definitely not a pushover. Working out and staying in shape are very important to me and should be important to the man I am with. I have a good sense of humor and love to laugh. I enjoy a variety of things -- hiking, anything on the water, the beach, lake, dancing, movies, reading, cooking, traveling, listening to music (all types with the exception of rap and hip hop), going to sporting events and just getting together and hanging out with friends. I am a very outgoing, fun, spontaneous person who is looking for the same. I have a 16 year old daughter who is my life but she also spends equal time with her Dad. I love to travel (mostly sunny beaches!-In-Bay and hope to be able to do more of that in the near future.
