I consider myself to be open-minded and self-aware with a good sense of humor. I appreciate sarcasm - I'm also independent, honest and dependable. I keep active and work out every day with cardio, weight training or hot yoga. I enjoy being outdoors - relaxing on the beach with a good book and hiking are favorites. I love to read. And, yes, I have read the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy and I'm not embarrassed to say that I actually liked it. I also enjoy traveling and photography. I admit that I occasionally indulge in mindless TV. I am a recovered workaholic. You might guess that I'm ambitious. I am, but I now approach my personal life with the same drive that I previously focused only on my career. I have a job I truly enjoy and it affords me flexibility and an opportunity to travel, not to mention more time to spend with the people I love. I come from a small family with which I'm close. I have a 9-year old nephew who I adore and who keeps me grounded and young at heart. Family is very important to me.I'm looking for a self-assured man who is comfortable being my equal - someone who is unafraid to be a little bit silly, who has something interesting or amusing to say, and who enjoys the finer things in life without being pretentious...oh, and who will indulge in bad TV with me once in a while, or at least let me enjoy it in peace.
