About Me

I am a Christian and the Lord means everything to me. I'd like someone who believes in Jesus too.Quick History: I joined the Marine Corps out of high school and was a F***jet engine mech. I served for four years and decided to get out and earn my bachelor's degree. Somewhere in there I married and was a very loyal and dedicated wife. Things didn't end up like I thought and now I'm a single mom to two amazingly wonderful, responsible teens. Now that I am finished w/ the classes I await anticipatingly to get into my volunteer/intern training portion before applying for my intern licensure and jumping straight into my new profession. I'm ready to dive face first into my new life! I can be impatient for great things to come! Hobbies: I love the summer! It's the best time of the year! I love to swim and all kinds of swimming sports! I love to fish! I'm a water baby at heart! I run as often as I can. It's another solace that helps me keep my sanity right now. I use it as a way to escape & have quiet thoughtful time.!! In the winter I love to snowboard & ski and snuggle up on the couch, read and watch movies or television series on HBO or Showtime. I'm not much for other programs on television especially the garbage reality tv. :P I do watch football and love my Patriots! I have tattoos and a couple piercings other than my ears. They are tasteful and discrete & I really love them as a part of who I am. I do not use drugs nor will I ever. And, I don't date men who do. Eventually I plan on taking two major trips a year to see the world. I'm just anxiously waiting for my "ship to come in". :) And I model on the side w/o pay for fun. Work & School: I'm a child care program assistant currently. I am working on my training portion of my master's degree and hopefully will be able to complete my hours within a year. I have approximately ***hours to go. Once my training hours are completed I am going to look for an internship in a nice private practice and hope to build my clientele.Family: I have two wonderful older teens. One is nineteen and the other is almost sixteen. I take care of my daughter and my son is in college.Etc.: I love most kinds of music. My favorite music is classic & southern rock and country (depends on my mood). I like the occasional drink and dancing is fun. I like karaoking. I am a very fun person with an amazing personality. I'm just trying to get out and make friends and see where things lead. What I'd like in a man: What I want in a man...well, I want a man who wants to be my friend. Id like a man who shares my same beliefs (in God). I'd like a guy who would eventually love to travel. I'd like a guy who's willing to stick up for me and love me completely. I'd like a man who won't be embarrassed of me or our relationship & that would never regret being w/ me. I don't like guys who are selfish. I don't want to be smothered. An equally balanced relationship is what I am seeking. A man that has his individual hobbies and has his alone time is just as important. The bottom line: I want companionship; I want intimacy; I want honesty, trustworthiness, friendship, and love. Ask b/c I'm a very easy person to please.
