I don't clearly fit into any one stereotype. I'm edgy yet a softie for animals, children and charitable causes. I enjoy dressing professionally, femininely and conservatively as much as I enjoy my tattoos displayed in T-shirts when I'm out of the office and more casual (yes, there is a half-sleeve, ankle tattoos, shoulders and wrist ink involved). I'm a trial lawyer but refuse to watch legal primetime series because we aren't nearly as cool as TV lawyers though I still love what I do. I'm a fan of a great pair of heels and handbags, reading the classics, my Nook and exotic and fast cars. I can hold my own in a conversation regarding most topics but have yet to master the rules and regs of football plays and basketball albeit I try to make as many games as I can. Bizarre, I know.I'm definitely not a needy person and expect to meet someone that not only appreciates that quality but understands that there is a healthy medium between being attached to me like lint or never seeing me at all. I don't play the jealousy game and don't have the time, desire or interest in keeping tabs on anyone I'm dating or having them keep tabs on me. I believe the healthiest relationships are built on honesty, trust, respect and security in who you are and what you have been lucky to experience with someone else. I would rather be laughing and enjoying the simple pleasures in life than arguing about nuances. What you see is what you get- please don't think you can change me and I would never fall in love with someone with the express intent to try and change them. I expect that unconditional love in return. I was briefly married (about ***years) and divorced for a couple of years. Aside from the pets that I inherited in the divorce, there is no other baggage- no children, no continued communication and no shared holidays! I can honestly state that I've never been happier and am looking at this point in my life for a meaningful relationship that leaves me laughing and longing to spend time with someone or miss him when we're apart. I do believe in open communication and I can respect healthy differences of opinion over being judgmental and disparaging to anyone. Rudeness is a total turn-off and thoughtfulness and kindness unfortunately, have become UNDER-rated qualities in today's world. I'm still going to be a sucker for chivalry and romance and think it's one of the most important aspects of any relationship from the outset throughout its progression. I am looking to fall in love as opposed to just loving and passion, chemistry and friendship are non-negotiables. Working out and staying physically fit is always a component to my lifestyle whether it involves running, the gym or kickboxing several times a week. I view waking up early as one of the few sacrifices I'm making at this point in my life and perhaps the one most worthwhile to get a workout in before starting the rest of my day. I don't lie about my age, height or appearance so please don't mislead me about yours. I do enjoy dining out with friends and being in the outdoors when I'm not at the office. My mantra has always been to work hard, sacrifice when necessary, enjoy the successes and opportunities that materialize as a result but to always give back to community, charity and those less fortunate in any and all circumstances. Despite my profession, I'm actually pretty laid back, have a penchant for cooking, cozy movie nights, summer BBQs, road trips and beach days and am a music junkie that's determined to one day learn guitar. I'm THAT girl that's dancing around my home, singing along to the Ipod docked and playing and twirling random pets in the air because it's moments like those that make me chuckle...that will always be one of them. I'm blessed with great friends and a big, Italian family. I adore my niece and nephews and am the coolest Aunt on the planet (as they love reminding me). That's one of the best compliments I will always cherish. Well...I'm going to defer to the gentlemen out there because I would hope I'm not doing anything for a first date but enjoying the plans that were thought of by the guy I'm meeting.

    Hello..I would describe myself as fun loving, responsible, determined, independent, sharp witted and a bit mad!!I enjoy the outdoors, particularly love the beach. With the good weather this year I have been sea swimming loads it is just amazing. I tried my hand at skiing this year .. it was one of the best holidays ever, a great mixture of ski and apres ski. I have NO TIME for these type of SHALLOW people, if you cant be real and honest, then your wasting your time, and MOST importantly, your wasting MY TIME, and I don't have time for you. Summer time is the prettiest time, (besides FALL) to be outside and get to know one another.
