About 4 years ago, I moved to St. Augustine for the weather, the art & the beach. Bought my first house, so I plan to stick around for a while. I'm definitely spontaneous and not much of a planner, which can get me in trouble, but I will not flake out on you! I'm a bit of a free-spirit and I seek out laughter and good times:) I love being outdoors and anything I can do in or around water: kayaking, boating, snorkeling and surfing. I like huge flowers in strikingly opposing colors and fine white sand between my toes. I like both pro football and baseball (especially Philly teams... uh-oh) but going to a game of any kind is always a blast. I'll definitely go camping and like it even more when I go with friends who have more experience and all the stuff haha! I love to travel to new places and immerse myself in local color. I really enjoy watching movies on quiet nights but I can't resist an invitation to hear some live music, especially at the ampitheater. I like acoustic, indie & classic rock, surf artists, some jam bands, a little 80's & 90's, but anything I can sing to loudly and off- Someone who is interested in the same stuff, obviously, but is willing to try new things. He cares about his friends and family and takes his work seriously. I prefer someone who is in the same place in life as me, so kid-free & no old guys, please. A sense of humor, intelligence and an honest heart are a definite but nothing works without chemistry. I believe in being in love with your best friend. I am totally open to suggestions, but to meet someone face-to-face the first time, I think a charming bar and a couple drinks usually works, especially if there's a pool table or dart board:)

    I don't clearly fit into any one stereotype. I'm edgy yet a softie for animals, children and charitable causes. I don't play the jealousy game and don't have the time, desire or interest in keeping tabs on anyone I'm dating or having them keep tabs on me. I believe the healthiest relationships are built on honesty, trust, respect and security in who you are and what you have been lucky to experience with someone else. I would rather be laughing and enjoying the simple pleasures in life than arguing about nuances. What you see is what you get- please don't think you can change me and I would never fall in love with someone with the express intent to try and change them. I expect that unconditional love in return. I was briefly married (about ***years) and divorced for a couple of years. Aside from the pets that I inherited in the divorce, there is no other baggage- no children, no continued communication and no shared holidays! I can honestly state that I've never been happier and am looking at this point in my life for a meaningful relationship that leaves me laughing and longing to spend time with someone or miss him when we're apart. I do believe in open communication and I can respect healthy differences of opinion over being judgmental and disparaging to anyone. Rudeness is a total turn-off and thoughtfulness and kindness unfortunately, have become UNDER-rated qualities in today's world. I'm still going to be a sucker for chivalry and romance and think it's one of the most important aspects of any relationship from the outset throughout its progression. I am looking to fall in love as opposed to just loving and passion, chemistry and friendship are non-negotiables. Working out and staying physically fit is always a component to my lifestyle whether it involves running, the gym or kickboxing several times a week. I view waking up early as one of the few sacrifices I'm making at this point in my life and perhaps the one most worthwhile to get a workout in before starting the rest of my day. I don't lie about my age, height or appearance so please don't mislead me about yours. I do enjoy dining out with friends and being in the outdoors when I'm not at the office. My mantra has always been to work hard, sacrifice when necessary, enjoy the successes and opportunities that materialize as a result but to always give back to community, charity and those less fortunate in any and all circumstances. Despite my profession, I'm actually pretty laid back, have a penchant for cooking, cozy movie nights, summer BBQs, road trips and beach days and am a music junkie that's determined to one day learn guitar. I'm THAT girl that's dancing around my home, singing along to the Ipod docked and playing and twirling random pets in the air because it's moments like those that make me chuckle...that will always be one of them. I'm blessed with great friends and a big, Italian family. I adore my niece and nephews and am the coolest Aunt on the planet (as they love reminding me). That's one of the best compliments I will always cherish. Well...I'm going to defer to the gentlemen out there because I would hope I'm not doing anything for a first date but enjoying the plans that were thought of by the guy I'm meeting.
