Independent, slightly introverted, but normal individual. I have an awesome career and am financially stable, however, I don't live to work...I would rather spend my free time with my family. I have several dogs, due to the nature of my volunteer work, so if your severely allergic, it just wouldn't work out. Interests include fitness, volunteerism and travel. Although I cannot travel much right now, I have done a lot in the past. I hope to get back to that at some time in the future. It would be nice to have someone to travel with for work trips, etc. I have family out of state and all across the U.S. that I would like to visit when I get more time. I enjoy being outdoors, even in the snow... I enjoy movies a lot and I can sit through the really terribly bad ones! I mean you might as well finish what you start... I like to play cards and I have never lost a game of euchre. i like your typical chick flick dramas and sci fi flicks. My favorite movie of all time is the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. My sense of humor is more along the lines of the movie Airplane, dry and sarcastic...but never mean... For music, anything goes except for country or jazz, I can only tolerate it in small amounts. My favorite genre is alternative or classic rock. My favorite bands are Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, tool, Perfect Circle, U2, in no particular order. I've seen them all in concert except for Pink Floyd and Zeppelin.I enjoy running and I lift weights ***days a week. I don't have a perfect body, but still working on that, would like to find someone who also enjoys fitness.I am looking for someone that is first and foremost an honest and real person. If your not interested in ever meeting in person at some point, then I'm probably not the right person for you. I am looking for a great lover and even better friend, but not hookups and free advice on here. I enjoy chatting with people very much b/c you just never know who you might meet. Having just gotten out of a very long relationship, please keep in mind, I am new to this.     I recently finished grad school and decided it was time to move back home to FL. God and family come first in my life.
