I just participated in my first 5k. I accomplished 3...well 4 things...I finished. I finished in under an hour. I did not finish last. And I did not die. So now that I know what my base time w/o training is ***minutes) I can prepare for my next one. YTBD though!I'm trying to get back to the gym.
