About Me

I always find it hard to write about myself, but you had to write one of these, too, so you probably know all about that. I'll just keep it short so that way we'll have something to talk about later. I like playing basketball, watching football and college basketball (bonus points for UNC fans), country music, my dogs, the great outdoors, watching cop dramas, horses, animals in general, napping on rainy days and lots of other stuff that we can talk about later.What am I looking for? Im trying not to make a long list of attributes that I think someone should have (even though, admittedly, I do have a long list in mind). To me, chemistry is the most important thing and you can't really find that by checking things off of a list. So I'm trying to disregard that and I guess I'll know what really matters when I meet him. I do have a few must haves, though (in no particular order): mutual attraction, a guy who is taller than me, non-smoker, Christian or religious. Oh and I suppose you should like dogs since I have 2 that are pretty much like kids to me. That should just about do it.Don't be shy. Send me a message if you have any questions or would like to chat. I usually wait for the guy to make the first move. I have to admit, if I'm not interested I probably won't respond. I usually prefer a no response as opposed to a rejection so I stick with that plan for my responses, too. For me, a good first date would be meeting somewhere for coffee or dinner. A nice quiet place so we can talk and get to know one another. Then if we click we could be more creative for the second date. Picnic in the park, hiking, take our dogs to the dog park- something like that maybe.

    It's hard to describe who you are in a few paragraphs so I am just going to put down the basics :) I recently graduated with my master's and think it is very important to remain close with family and good friends. I spend as much time as possible with my family! I absolutely LOVE the MN Vikings and cannot think of a better Sunday than tailgating and catching the game. I enjoy playing fantasy football and golfing even though I am not particularly great at either of them. Other hobbies are cycling, yoga, reading, and of course hanging out with my puppies.
