    The past decade of my life has been full of stuff I never could have imagined growing up in a very conservative home in Texas, among the things I could have never imagined are doing something like this (owning my vulnerability, I'm not totally comfortable with all of this but here I am none the less). Elizabeth Lesser teaches that if you face your embarrassment at your own humanity you'll find a deep well of compassion and passion....so far, I can't argue with that teaching and feel blessed by all that comes my way from the sometimes odd awkward hilariously painful stuff that is life.
