I am pretty active. I bicycle everywhere, even in the winter. No I don't wear spandex but for some reason all the spandex cyclists wave at me all the time. I do not understand this. I think it's the order of the skinny tire bicycle or something. I would much rather be outside though I also like staying in watching movies/documentaries with cuddles.I love swimming more then anything. Midnight swims or swimming in the rain are my favorite. I love animals and nature. Both need our compassion and respect. I am heavily tattooed and pierced. I do not care if you are. I'm more interested in who people are as a person. I've met some pretty shitty tattooed people. I listen to a wide range of musical styles: classical, folk, jazz, hardcore, punk, metal etc.. Basically anything that's technical, has real talent and interesting and powerful lyrics (provided it has lyrics). I am more of a simple type of person and not materialistic at all! You can not define human life by what you can buy. I am looking for a best friend who will be a long term partner as well. Someone who is honest and will put everything into it. Ok now, where should I start? I like being active as much as I can. Through the winter, I swim at the local pool, usually 3 or 4 times a week. Since I started counting, I've done over 30,***laps. I try to slalom ski as much as I can in the summer, it's mostly the only reason I'll get up before 7am. I also play in a beach volleyball league every year; it's a great way to have fun, stay active & meet new people. I've been skydiving for the last ten years and I'm up to almost ***jumps, and I've seen some amazing things. It's pretty hard to describe a sunset from 14,***feet. I'm also not ashamed to admit that I still watch and enjoy vintage episodes of 'The Simpsons'. When it comes to music, I'm a child of the 80's. Bon Jovi, Steve Winwood, AC/DC, and I'll even be caught blaring the Eagles' Greatest Hits. But death metal, and most country, makes my ears bleed.I like to cook, most of the time, I just wish I was better at it, lol. It would be nice to meet someone who likes to be active, since it could be something else to do together, and it would help me keep in shape. I guess that's about all for now.
