No, wait, that's not right. Dammit.I like to think I'm a nice guy who's fairly quick with a joke (translation: coming up with fairly obvious observations slightly quicker than others...or, judging by the above, recycling someone else's...).I love music in all its forms, from a concert to my Ipod. And I would absolutely die if I didn't have my guitar. I may just be meh at it, but damn, is it fun. A smattering of faves include, but are most definitely not limited to: RUSH (best band ever, no question), The Swell Season, Travis and Mastodon. From 70s prog to acoustic folk to Britpop to metal. Diversity rocks. Blackhawks (CHAMPS, BABY!!), Cubs, Bears. Can make things difficult in this town I must say.I work for City Hall. No, you can't know which one yet. That'd be odd.I've relatively recently upped my physical fitness output so that's become a huge part of my daily routine. I've also discovered the joys of hiking and would love to share that with someone.I have an itch in the middle of my back and I just can't reach it. Shit, I never know when to stop sharing on these things.I'm happy in life but I'm looking for someone to share that happiness with; a best friend, a partner, the person I absolutely can't wait to see again.(Does anybody else laugh at the idea of describing your personality in one word? I chose hippie cos it made me laugh the most. Okay, me having a beaded curtain didn't hurt.) Anything so long as we can talk and get to know one another. That's really the key.

Where to start...Dating is done. Seriously, who goes on dates anymore? It’s all about hooking up, getting a number, grabbing a drink and getting down. I think I’m the only single guy I know that actually takes a girl out to a restaurant on a first date. There’s a reason for this. If you take a girl out and show her you’re more than some douche looking to just get in her pants, odds are, you’re going to get a second date, at least. Call me old fashioned, but a nice dinner is worth the money to get to know someone to some extent. If you got this far, congrats. Here's a ill bit about me.As far as hobbies go, I love to ride motorcycles, and work on them. I can honestly say that I love my job, it's my passion, so I never work a day in my life :)What sets me apart from everyone else is just my viewpoint on life. Do what you love, and love what you do. It's simple. One of my goals is to eventually settle down and just take it easy. I've had a pretty hectic and crazy life leading up to this point. If you wanna chat don't hesitate to shoot me a message. I'm pretty laid back and an easy goin guy so no worries there.
