So a bit about myself. I'm energetic, fun and have a great sense of humor. A little shy at first but quick to warm up once I start talking to the person. I have a steady career in finance and have done well for myself, I'm just looking for someone to share it with. I've been single for a while so I'm pretty independent but it's always nice to have someone to go home to at the end of the day...other than my dog, but she's great too!I'm athletic, so yes I am pretty competitive :) and try to live a healthy lifestyle. I grew up playing hockey till college then got back into it a few years later. I play a few times at week which keeps me pretty busy. I am very family oriented and have a tight group of friends, since high school and even elementary. I am looking for someone who shares the same values and who is also family oriented. Someone athletic and motivated. Independent, mature but can be silly and have fun. I'm usually attracted to guys who can get along with anyone, who are out going and have a great sense of humor.     I'm a very outgoing lady and I can usually have a good time in any situation. Like most people on here, I'm looking to meet new people, whether it turns out to be a new friend or something more. Life is certainly more interesting when you get to share it with others. I'm looking for someone who is confident, intelligent, who knows how to let loose every now and then, who can keep me laughing, is thoughtful, has integrity, and has a good relationship with their family. Those are all qualities I have and hope to share with someone. As far as a first date goes, meeting up for drinks or dinner is always a good way to get to know someone.

    I have come to the conclusion, I'm not what most men are looking for.... Being a single mom to a wonderful 9 year old boy and looking out for my father who has dementia, doesn't leave much free time in my life. I believe I'm doing exactly what God wants me to do, and bottom line is that I am a family person-I am looking for a Christian family man. I love going out and having fun at hockey games, fairs, airshows, Dave & Busters...you can have fun doing anything especially if you are with the right company. I enjoy cooking (maybe it's more eating my cooking), try to live a healthy lifestyle and try to laugh as much as possible. I can be a little nerdy and would like someone who gets my sense of humor-many do not...I can dress up really nice and can be just as comfortable in jeans playing ball in the park.I believe in getting to know someone as a friend first and see where things go from there. If you can't be a friend, than you definitely can't be anything more. I hope one day to find a good man to share a personal and spiritual journey with...One thing that I have to throw in here that sucks and has been a big deal-breaker in the past...I'm allergic to animals (dogs and cats) and can't have them in my home/or be in a home with them.
