So you would like to know a little about me? My friends would say I am full of energy and extremely positivity. I like to think that it is my passion for life and all the opportunties that lay before me that you can sense. Each day I try to practice positivity and thankfulness, even if it is over the simple things or maybe not simple, but smaller ones. I have a wonderful network of friends that I've built, a good family and friends that I've made my family. I believe that fostering friendships and relationships takes work, but makes life so much greater. What do I do? Well, I've learned to not let my work define me. However, I love what I do. I am always looking for ways to develop, challenge and learn. Can you keep up? With all that energy that my friends say I have, I use it to take care of my mind, body and yes soul :) I love hitting the gym, practicing yoga, going for a jog on the beach Most important things to me are balance, communication, trust and honesty. And that goes for everything...work, friends, family and relationships.

Hi, I am Mellisa(pronounced mel-leesa). I have an 8 year old son, who is my life and he will always come first. Just needed to make that clear. I work nights and work hard to make sure he has everything he needs, which has made dating sorta difficult. I want to try dating again if anyone would be willing to bear with me and understand that my available time varies. I am a woman with curves and I am fine with that. I will not change to please someone else. I would rather be who I am than a skinny b**** with a bad attitude. At the end of the day, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.I like to laugh and I appreciate anyone that has a sense of humor. If you have a witty and sarcastic sense of humor, we will get along just fine. I love music and I listen to just about everything. My favorite genre is classics rock and my favorite band is the Beatles. I am such a huge nerd for them. Since I am a mom, I also watch cartoons. I have taken a liking to Adventure Time and Regular Show(I know, it's kinda lame). That is the short story about myself. If there is anything else you want to know, please feel free to ask. I welcome all questions. I don't like doing the dinner thing. Honestly, who can carry on an intelligent conversation with someone when they're stuffing food in their face?Let's try a coffee and go from there.

Ok, let's see here. My friends say I'm awesome and cute and interesting, but they're pretty biased. If I meet someone who is interested in being my partner in crime (figuratively speaking of course), all the better.I grew up watching sci-fi and war movies and playing sports with Dad, and baking and reading and sewing with Mom, so can be the nurturing motherly figure or one of the boys. I'm a country girl living in the city, so love to get away to the water or woods to reconnect with God's creation. I am environmentally & socially conscious, never wear shoes at the office, and am just as comfortable having a grand adventure as curling up to a good movie or book. My musical tastes are all over the map. My office playlist consists of everything from the blues to classic rock, disco to Christian music.; I also enjoy messing around with various *** am terrible at forcing myself to practice regularly. Right now I've got a violin, autoharp, and cajon drum; I'd also really like to get a mandolin...I guess I'm into strings & rhythm.I'm looking for a Christian guy who is mature and independent, but also laid back and funny; someone who wants to get out and explore this amazing world, and leave it a better place than he found it. I'd really like to build up connections with other Christians and/or churches, having some fun adventures together and helping to meet the needs of people in the city. So if that sounds interesting to you, or if you think I'm just the cutest thing ever and want to say hi, then I'd be interested in talking with you. I think visiting a museum or gallery is a great way to get to know someone. It's public, provides lots to talk about, and allows you to see each other's interests in a casual way. And if it's a really bad exhibit, you can just make fun of everything and have a good laugh. Or we could go and eat chocolate...chocolate is always a good option, and less of a time commitment if there's no chemistry.
