well time to write a new profile.... no clue what to say! Feels so bloody awkward doesn't it? Online dating - whoda thunk? Best way to meet opposite sex nowadays it seems. Being a single mom can be rough at times but I love it and luckily my girl's dad sees her often so I do have free time. For work I do what I can and find enjoyment in it when i can (but let's face it ... it's work!! LOL ) but luckily I freelance and sculpt at home and that keeps me happy and lets my creative side out. I do insist on seeing a photo of a man who wishes to contact me, doesn't need to be right away, but fair is fair - my picts are on here - send me one ok? Message me and let's see.... I will be putting up newer photos asap... and as a male friend says "what the hell does the rest of her look like???" I shall post more than head shots! :) Meeting for drinks (soft or hard - doesn't matter really) at a pub/lounge is good, background music & comfortable atmosphere. I'm pretty much game for most things... a mutual decision is good.

Lord help me, I must need a break from this site. It's getting depressing. Ever log on and looked at who viewed you feel like you are on the wrong site? Or read some of your messages and all you can do is shake your head? Like seriously, do men even try to win a woman over anymore??? Or does a lil bit of dirty talk count for that now days?I am attracted to YOUNGER men, honest, gentle yet masculine, light colored eyes(not brown eyes), great teeth and smiles, men who physically work and get dirty lol, tall, and good lord, please don't shave your chest lol. I am VERY much attracted to tattoos and piercings, so obviously I'm going to look! lol...And, just like men having to look at breasts, I will ogle (and quite possibly drool lol) when I see muscles!!!!Not sure about the rest of you, but I find this extremely difficult...I mean, I can talk to anyone, but simply going by a picture is really hard for me. I tend to get a 'feel' for people by their EYES, smiles and personality...You don't get that with just a photo...Some people are very photogenic, and then others aren't (like me lol). I don't tend to message anyone first, just not that brave I guess lol.No, I am not normal. Normal is boring ;) Seriously though, I see on many profiles, men say they don't want someone who's crazy...here is a newsflash for ya fellas, Crazy people...DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE CRAZY!!...Currently, I have 16 piercings. I can't see that number getting any lower, but it could possibly grow lol. I finally have my 1st tattoo as well :)I am a mother of four kids, ages ***yes, all from the same father), my kids are my life. With kids ranging from elementary up to one who graduated last year, I tend to be quite busy.I am somewhat of a hyper person, I get huge bursts of energy and have a hard time sitting still at times. Usually this keeps others laughing but I could see how some may be annoyed by it...oh well, it's who I am. And at a hockey game...well let's just say all the kids think I'm the cool one because of my yelling and language LOLI volunteer regularly ***days/week), on Fridays I am the head cook at our local soup kitchen...I love doing this! Bringing smiles to peoples faces is so incredibly rewarding, it's just a wonderful feeling! Other days I deliver breads and baked goods to our soup kitchen and Women's Shelter...And I also do the mending for our local Junior A Hockey Team.I don't 'work' outside the home, this is by choice...I choose to actually raise my kids, this is important to ME and what I feel is right for us. NOT on government assistance either though.I am a very independent woman, I have no issues with wanting a man, but I am not comfortable with "needing" one again...In other words, I can "do" alone fine, I just don't "want" to be alone anymore...It's, well, lonely lol.I believe in complete honesty! Can't stand it when people lie...just be truthful, it really isn't that hard.I have a great sense of humour, (so I have been told lol), it is heavily laced with sarcasm but really keeps people laughing. Making others smile and laugh makes each day worth living!Music...well, this could take awhile...I listen to music ALL the time, and LOUD. I love most types of music except for screamo make your ears bleed stuff, and not much country, tho there are a few country songs I like.will add more later...maybe lol

UPDATE- Seems really beautiful and nice friendly people so far. It seems alot of friends and family are meeting some great new friends and even getting married through on line dating. It seems the best way to meet someone with simialr interests. I am looking for someone on the same path as me,or heading there soon,hahah. I am into yoga and healthy living.I'm vegan and am looking for someone who is also a compassionate animal loving eco-friendly traveller. I drink but do not smoke. I care about the world we live in,how we respect our selves,others,animals and the planet. I also only want to date someone that is not racist,homophobic or narrow minded. I'm a single mom with no father in the picture so no drama,haha. Not looking for someone to take care of me. I'm very independant but want someone like minded to date and see where it takes us. At 25 I went to Tokyo and worked in kareoke bars. It was a real life changing experience. Great way to learn about life,love,new friends,culture,food,history etc. I`m still in touch with many wonderful people from all walks of life. I spent almost 10 years overseas and miss it alot. I go back when I can mostly to see all my wonderful overseas friends. Here in Van my group of friends are all from different cultures,different ages,gay,straight etc. My dream is to build a self sustianed,off the grid home here with a vegan biz. Then live overseas for part of the winter each year. I am all about cooking,travel,living overseas,maybe sailing for months on end,learning about new languages and cultures,art,meeting new people and having a great life.I am also excited about unschooling and am excited to take that path with my child. I enjoy hosting dinner parites,dancing,trying new places to eat or drink,architecture,spirituality but not religion and just spending time with new and old people that I enjoy being with. Looking for a great guy to meet,get to know,date and go from there. I am a bit of a serial monogomist. I don't like to date more then one guy at a time,hahah. I also like beig single but not for too long. I like being in a relationship and miss making dinner together,watching movies,going on road trips or weekends away and of course long holidays! A guy that is silly,kind,compassionate,loving,confident,has his own life and interests as well as likes to hang out and do stuff with me and my freinds. I eat healthy,stay fit,don't take meds(almost never),learn all the time about holistic approaches *** pharmacuticals.
