Did tough mudder and spartan this past summer and cant wait for next year. If you don't take care of your body you'll pay for it later! Hi, so I'm just trying this out. I enjoy a variety of this, playing outside (hikes, camping, kayaking) I love music, any kind really(except country) I love going to small shows in bars.
