Hey there!I am a confident, funny, arty girl who loves to put herself out there and try new things, even if it’s hard sometimes…so I thought why not try meetville. Right? I work in fashion which is exciting and challenging every single day, but it is not the best place to meet a potential date….a shopping buddy or someone to talk about “Orange is the New Black” ... YES.... but not date.I lead a pretty hectic life, but I always seem to find time for a new adventure. It is challenging, but when you finally master a new step it’s the challenge that makes the success that much better. I love to dance and have been Swing dancing for about a year also. I only know half the steps, but that’s enough to make a few turns on the dance floor. Plus the guys are supposed to lead so why should I worry.I love being outside and I try and stay active every day. I am an avid cyclist and ride to work every day, partially because I love it and partially because it cuts down on gym time. I go to bootcamp every week, which is amazing, and I practice yoga to relax. Art, pop culture, history and film are also big loves of mine. Hot Doc’s is one of my favorite film festivals because it has the perfect blend of all these things. Plus you never know what you’re going to see that might change your whole day. I love wandering around a museum and TO has so many great museums. If I am really into an exhibit I can spend hours absorbing a show, but at the same time if it doesn’t grab me I can be in and out in 20 minutes. I share my place with my best friend Baelin, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise cross that I adopted 7 years ago. He is just a little guy, but boy does he have spunk. He is mistaken for a puppy all the time and his personality puts a smile on my face every day.I'm looking to meet someone that has an adventurous spirit and isn't afraid to try new things and possibly look silly. A guy who enjoys some of the same things that I do, but also has their own life and interests that they can introduce me too. Someone who is smart, funny, patient and caring, that has passion for what they do in life and has goals for the future.So that is a pretty good overview of me and my life. I am not very good at writing about myself so if this seems short it is only until i can think of something more. I am a very caring person. I put others before myself. I love my family and spend a decent amount of time with them. I havent been in a relationship for over 11 years so it will be, at best, akward for me in the beginning. I love to laugh and can do so at my own expense as well. I am shy at first but have no problem opening up to anyone who wants to listen.
