Hello! :) This is new for me, I have never been on a dating network. Yes, I am a little hesitant knowing I am about to actually put myself out there for once in a long time. I hate this part. Umm. Ok. Let’s see. I'm pretty laid back most of the time, I love to laugh and I live a happy life. I have a good job, a drama free life and it doesn't bother me to be single. But- if I could find a compatible person to share time with, that would be icing on the cake. I love road trips. I tend to stay about as busy as I want to be, even though declining invites can be difficult. I have learned to take some down time. I listen to music of nearly all genres, aside from opera and classical. I don’t mind going out occasionally, but I’m not an every weekend clubber. I may partake in a few adult beverages, smoke a cig once in awhile, and have been known to howl at the moon on the rare occasion that it’s blue, but otherwise I’m usually mellow. I believe in the Golden Rule, self-pride, integrity, and loyalty. I've never cheated and haven't been cheated on much but I know that many people have been. Mutual trust is essential; I think if you no longer want to be with someone, you should make it known to them. I’ve been single a long time, haven’t really dated much since ***, been busy just having fun and doing my own thing. My profile is offline a lot because I think dating is a total nightmare and I just don’t choose to use my excess patience wading through all the nonsense – it’s not like I have that much to spare to begin with. ;-) Anyway, if you are still reading, and you want to know more, you know what to do. The first time meeting should be in a public place where we can chat and see if there is a spark. I’m a firm believer that there needs to be a physical attraction as well as an intellectual connection.
