Im a single mother of one but do not let that turn you away. His father and I share joint custody, we try to be civil for the sake of our son.I am a huge autism advocate as my son is autistic. He keeps me busy but I make time for me. I can be "one of the boys" and a girly girl, depends on what Im doing. I love trying new things at least once, twice if I like it. I love meeting new people. I want to take my son to see the world. I want to go scuba diving and swim with dolphins before I die. Im afraid of heights but I want to take a hot air balloon ride and go sky diving. I love country, r&b and jazz. I love vintage things. I have a life story - but then again, who doesnt? I have a big heart --sometimes too big. Sometimes my emotions get the best of me. I always see the good in people. I will do just about anything for close friends and family. I procrastinate... but I always finish what I start no matter how long it takes. I try to stay optimistic. I can be OCD. Im a Google-holic and my curiosity to learn new things always has me in a book or google. I wish I could rewrite history. I love staring at the stars at night. I like to think of myself as old fashioned and like to be treated with respect. Im not like the "rest of the girls"! Im open and honest. I say things out loud that people usually keep inside. Im emotional when I need to be. I must always have gum with me. I dont look at the past as mistakes but as a learning experience no matter how hard they are to get through! I go to church, if you dont, its not a deal breaker-- to each his own! I believe everything happens for a reason. I believe that every person who comes into your life is there for a reason, Good or Bad. I hate the color pink... alot!! My favorite color is a deep dark red/burgundy. I dont shop very often, I hate going to the mall... People at the mall do not have manners! A simple excuse me if good enough for me! I'm the queen of cheap when it comes to shopping. I cant have my gas tank any lower than a quarter tank. Please do not *** the basic hello. I took time to write my profile. Enough time for more than 5 words! I dont want to see your car or your dog in your pictures, kids are fine if they are yours. First dates are always akward. I want something fun and outgoing. Nothing expensive but a sports game in the nosebleed section is fun, rock climbing, a park, putt putt. Lets be creative!

I completed university, earning my Degree in Nursing and have since written my RN license exam and I am now trading in my medical floor nursing job to work as a fulltime Emergency Nurse which is the kind of nursing I love :) !!!I strived to excel academically when I was in school so I could leave my doors open to future oppurtunities for success (nurse practitioner...Doctor? *sigh*). I hate being in fights with people, especially because I dislike having to remember I am "mad" at them and not supposed to be talking to them. I like to talk, but I am able to listen too :) I want someone who can keep a conversation... and NOT a conversation solely about sex... Sorry but its trashy when girls talk to every guy like that over texts, messenger programs, or e-mail. Just unclassy! Not to say I am a 'Ms. However I am not too confident in this site to be honest... I am driven to succeed in my life, and require my other half to have ambitions too. I am not a complicated girl, I do not want drama or to feel as though I am "owned" by anyone.... I believe that its important to allow space in relationships....I can go out with my friends and they can go out with theirs, or then there are the times when we all go out together.I do not consider myself to be shallow, but I do need to be physically attracted to someone. With that said I prefer guys that:- are taller (taller than me for sure :***don't smoke or do drugs (I don't care what people do but just know that its not what I am looking for***value their health -- I am a nurse so this makes sense LOL- are caring, fun, understanding, and can just laugh at themselves/others when they do silly things,- makes me smile until my face hurts ;) send me a message to know moreHappy Fishing everyone!!!
