Her dad and I have been divorced for just over a year now, and there's little to no drama between us apart from when he occasionally irritates me by being himself.Up until a couple months ago, I was in a relationship that wasn't the best. It ended very badly (a restraining order was required), and while I don't have an issue with relationships, I'm not exactly ready for one at the moment. I don't go for younger guys, and I'm not looking for a long-distance relationship or a one-night stand.I'm a country girl at heart. I like big jacked up trucks, boots and jeans, and hanging outside when it's not a million degrees. I'm a native Arizonan, and I don't see myself ever leaving. I'll listen to just about any kind of music, but I prefer country or classic rock n' roll. I like to cook but don't really have the kitchen for it right now. I can do amazing things with pork chops. Baking, not so much.I live on my own, with my daughter and our Pit mix puppy, and own my own car.I'm working on trying to make a living as a romance novelist. Writing is my passion, and I'm lucky enough to be relatively good at it. Due to 3 herniated discs in my back, I'm not working, but I do have a monthly income that covers my living expenses. I own my car outright, and I don't spend a ton of money on clothes (although I have to buy my daughter new clothes about once a month because she's growing so quickly, but that's what thrift stores are for). I'm kind of a homebody, but I like to go out and have fun when my daughter is with her dad. I go out and play pool with friends a couple nights a week, and I gotta say I'm pretty good at it. I don't drink very much due to being raised by an alcoholic, but I'll have a beer now and then. Maybe this is too long, but if you're still reading and like what you've read, then shoot me a message and introduce yourself. But, please, say more than just "hi." Start a conversation, and if you make me laugh you get extra points. Bowling or a couple games of pool, or if you've got kids of your own, a play date at the park. To start of honest, I am shy and nervous when i meet new people, hense being online. People have told me I can come across unfriendly or snooty because of how quiet i can be towards other people. I don't mean to be, its just my first reaction. After I get to know someone I open up and peoples opinions change.I am honest, and i will stand up for what i believe in. I am a hard worker and try to do my best job. My boss is actually my dad and I love it. I've been a Dental Assistant since Nov. ***. I am extremely close with my family, and I don't ever want to live far away from them. I have an older sister and a younger brother. I enjoy taking vacations, whether they are near home or plane rides away, although I strongly dislike planes. That being said, at the same time, I am usually happy to get back home. I am a homebody. I love nights in, watching movies or tv (love cartoons) while in pajamas. I'm a sucker for animals, especially the fuzzy ones. I currently own a dog, four and a half cats (one is technically not mine yet, hense the half) and fish. I've also shared my life with guinea pigs, frogs, rats, hamsters, spiders, turtle, bunnies, chickens, and goats. I could never live without them in my life, so I want someone who loves animals
