Let's see, I am not very good at writing about myself. I just had gastric bypass surgery on Sept 26th, so by this time next year I will be about 150lbs!!!! So excited! I love family, big part of my life that I wouldn't know what to do without. After we lost my dad it's just been us 4 girls, and we are very close to each other. I just graduated college. Have a very steady job that I love.!!Just bought a house in ***with my sister, love it!Hoping to buy my own house down the road and share it with someone special. I would have to say my tats and piercing's make me the most unique, as well as my (Don King) hair, but I am slowly growing the hair and loosing the piercing's. I think it's time! I listen to just about all kinds of music, and open to new. I am a very caring person that will give you my shirt off my back, and sometimes that's what I get used for. I've learned a great deal in my past relationships, and I am ready to take that leap into a fresh beginings with a down to earth person. I don't care for drama nor do I want to take part in it. I just want someone to give my heart to and share my world with. First date, well that would depend on the type of person I guess. Take them out to lunch that would be my first date. Dinner is so overrated....! This way we can spend the whole day just talking and getting to know each other without getting kicked out of a restaurant or having to call it a night. Plus it's a lot easier to see someone in the daylight hours lol

Jumping right in to random facts about me... I have the sense of humor of a 12-year-old boy sometimes, even though I come across as pretty serious before you get to know me. Sometimes cheesy commercials and sappy country songs make me tear up a little. Warm weather, slower pace, and family are the main reasons I came back down South. Reading and being outdoors are two of my favorite things. I love language in general, and love working with kids. I'm lucky to have found a job that combines the two.I'm a bit of a nerd. I'd much rather read, play board games, go on a hike, or host/go to a potluck than go hit the bars. Lately I'm on a bluegrass/folk kick-- I love live music especially. I like just about anything outdoors--volleyball, fishing, hiking. Well, when the weather is nice. And (no longer embarassed to admit it) The Golden Girls. It's been a long and winding road, but I think I've found where I want to be. I could see myself being here for a while. That's enough about me. What about you? The more active, the better. I'd be up for a hike on a first date. Or maybe live music; outdoors if possible.
