I have never been much of a writer, but here goes :). I love to listen; I am not the center of attention, but am always the one people turn to for help. I’m driven and career minded, but not obsessed with my job. I have a good job that I love and take seriously, but at the end of the day, I leave work at work. I try not to let it follow me home. I don’t worry about it on my own time. I’m ambitious and take pride in my career but it is not my identity. I enjoy setting career goals and accomplishing those goals, but I’m careful not to let those goals define who I am, my happiness, or take precedence over my family and friends.Family and friends are extremely important to me. Trust and loyalty are the most important traits a person can have. You find out who your friends are when things are at their very worst, not when everything is going your way.My favorite thing to do? The next thing that I haven’t tried yet. New events. New people. New activities. New ideas. New accomplishments. New life experiences. Those are the things that appeal to me. A new experience doesn’t have to be an earth shattering life event for me to enjoy it. I take time to appreciate the small things in life as much as major new experiences. Meeting new people and trying new things, is something that I look forward to doing. If you have friendly, outgoing family and friends who love to joke and have fun, those are exactly the kinds of people I enjoy meeting and spending time with.I’m starting to take an interest in cooking again which is something I haven’t done for a while. I’m comfortable at the grill and the stove, but I’m trying to expand my cooking abilities to include meals (and appliances) I haven’t tried before. So, if you enjoy having someone cook for you, if you enjoy cooking together with someone, or if you enjoy teaching/learning to cook with someone, then we may be a good match.Discussing opinions is something that really interests me. Talking on the phone, chatting, and *** all great ways to get to know someone, even if you’ve never met in person. It’s ok to hear someone say, “I think that’s wrong” or “That’s a great idea.” But I like to know why. Why do you have that opinion? It’s not that the opinion is right or wrong or whether I agree or disagree, it’s about the conversation. It’s about sharing opinions and ideas. Conversations don’t have to be deep and meaningful. I’ve got a great sense of humor and I love to laugh. Conversations about every day activities are just as fun if you’re talking with someone who likes to laugh too. I’m not shy. I like to talk, but I love to listen.I’m definitely comfortable meeting people in person, but there’s no hurry. I’d love the opportunity to talk on the phone, exchanges texts or *** chat for a while before meeting. I’ve noticed that if some people meet too quickly, they feel a need to be “on”, and they try to go out of their way to show you how interesting and fun they are. Talking and chatting seems to keep people relaxed and they tend to be more themselves.I’m comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, or dressing up for a night out. Even though I’m comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, I’m not sloppy. I take pride in myself and my appearance. Going for a morning bike ride, throwing on some jeans and heading to the Jeep show, and then dressing up and going out for a nice dinner would be a fun day.I’m happy with my life, and where I’m headed in my career. I’m looking for someone to enjoy things with. Someone who just wants to have fun. Someone who will share in and enhance life experiences. Someone who takes care of themselves and takes pride in their appearance. Someone who isn’t afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and try new things. Someone with ideas and dreams they want to share. A fun friend to spend time with, whether that time is spent doing a new activity or just spending a relaxing afternoon talking and watching movies. I'm up for anything, but it would really depend on the person. Some times dinner and drinks is most appropriate, some times something more active is appropriate. Each person is different, so is each first date.

I have hobbies, and they are neat. I have goals and aspirations, and they are right up there. I am me, and I'm unique because my fingerprints, tongue print, and irises are different than those of anybody else. I like good music. Hello, I'm Justin and I'm an alcoholic, oh wait, wrong venue. That's a joke, I do that a lot, maybe too much, I'm the king of the smartasses, I'm stubborn as any mule that's ever lived, probably more so. I like to think I'm a pretty good guy, but I have my flaws. My teeth aren't perfect, it's hard for me to turn off the smartassery, the stubborn thing, I'm 36 years old and set in my ways, I like to do things my way. I try to learn, try to see things from other points of view, try to adapt. I live life one day at a time, and am in no rush for anything. I've never been married and have no kids. I've never owned a house. I have a good job, own my own truck, and rent a house. Each sister is married and has 2 kids, so I have 3 nephews and a niece that I love to pieces. My family and friends mean everything to me. I also do the majority of my own auto and home repair. I'm in pretty good shape and work like a mule as well. I believe in God, if you don't, it won't work. If you're divorced, I also am not interested, reason don't matter, just my personal preference. I have a weakness for blue eyes and natural red hair, NOT A REQUIREMENT, just what I like. One more thing, if you have a single duck face photo, please go away, and stay there. I listen to a little of everything, but my favorite music is heavy metal. My favorite book is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, 2nd is Cold Fire by Dean Koontz. My favorite food is shrimp. I play D&D (2nd edition) and have a nice collection. I collect dragons, knives, books, and computer games. I took up hunting a few years back and own a muzzleloader and a crossbow. I applied for my concealed carry license and intend to get guns in the future, I am not, and have no intention of becoming a victim of a crime if I can help it. I wouldn't date me, because I'm a guy and I wouldn't find me attractive.
