Hello I'm fun outgoing. I am looking for someone to get to know over dinner and drinks, maybe dancing (?) or just a fun night in. I go to the gym also being with friends and family are just a few things I like. I spent 9 years in the u.s.marine's. I'm very well traveled and tend to have small knowledge of most things (by no means do I a know it all) always ready to learn more . I can hold an intelligent conversation but also love to kid around. This is a work in progress anything you would like to know please feel free to ask............ Depends On the person ( I have a lot of dry humor I'm n 80's baby I stutter, mostly don't make sense and tend to think I'm right mostly!!!! I would like to say that I know myself and what I want out of life. I want a life that is open to options and I know exactly how to pull that life off, and I will get there. It's a plan that will take some time but it will be done. I know I'm being vague about it and that is intentional. I'd like to find someone that can support me in it or better yet has the same end goal.I am a devourer of books. Although I tend to read much about the sciences while on the internet I love reading fiction; being able to explore other viewpoints or ideas and see them in practice is a power that fiction has. Learning about the sciences makes the world weirder than I can even imagine. I love music.;I try to stay active, during the spring, summer, and fall I bike into my work. It isn't that far but it gets the exercise. There are moments biking in where I get that open feeling, like I've seen the morning for the first time again, and all I want to do is just keep biking and never punch in. It's also a great way to transition from work to not work. Other than that I enjoy hiking but don't get to do it as much as I want.I love animals but don't have any. Currently apartment living doesn't allow for it, that should change in a few years. My idea of a first date would just be coffee or drinks. This gives both of us the ability to figure out if we can hold a conversation and if we "click." It also gives time to learn more about each other and I can come up with a great second date from that.
