So this is new to me and I am putting myself out here in hopes of finding a nice guy to share my life with. Someone who values friends and family. My mom always said "honesty is the best policy"! And it stuck! I am not a Barbie. I prefer to get my hands dirty and wear jeans than to wear a dress and look glamorous. I always was a tomboy type climbing a tree! I love children and although my own son has passed, I have 5 children from other mothers who I adore and they love me (4 are grown and one is 17). A little about me... As one can see from my list of interests, I value health, nutrition, the environment and being that I am a caregiver by nature...I love helping others. One of my goals would be to leave our planet just a little bit better than when I arrived here. Summer is by far my favourite season as I very much enjoy heat, all the freshness of our local produce and so many people seem to be in a great mood during this time of the year. One can enjoy out of doors shows, concerts and there are so many festivals to choose from. Although I am not personally an artist, I very much enjoy arts in its many different forms, from paintings, to live performances (saw Drowsy Chaperone this summer...Hilarious!!), music, dance (ballroom & free style) and not forgetting wood/metal work.I could keep writing here...but where would the mystery and excitement of getting to know one another be then? :)What I am looking for is someone that can relate to what I have written here and shares some of my interests.
