I've done some volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and an Animal Rescue group. I think giving back to the Community and helping others makes you a better person. I try to work out regularly and eat healthy. Some days I'm more successful than others, but I do think it's important to take care of yourself. I don't have a lot of baggage. Hope you don't either. Life is too short to spend it bitter or stuck in the past.
