Update: I have found a wonderful man on this site... Good luck to all those fishing out there! I'm off the market! :-)I am a relaxed woman, down to earth, calm and patient. Does that mean I don't have any pizzazz or a sassy side? Absolutely not! I have plenty of that! I have come to the time in my life where I am comfortable in my skin and that is liberating! I am the commander of my own ship, but that does not mean I don't play well with others.I am a dental assistant and enjoy interacting with people in the health field. Love my work, but am also always a work in progress.. There's so much to learn and enjoy!I love cooking a good meal, enjoying the process, drinking red wine while the meal is simmering and great conversation, good food takes time!Of course I love the beach and walking on it, but more so on an overcast or cloudy day, when there are no people. Setting out a blanket and reading and listening to the surf is delightful and my kind of simplistic heaven... same goes for a park under a shady tree!Sports are good... love cycling. I usually ride between ***Keeps my heart happy and healthy! And yes, I'm a girl, and I do yoga.. I know it's so cliche!Movies, books and music are great get aways for the mind. For music I rather unconventional for my age... I enjoy the newer stuff more than the older "timed" classics of my generation. I do have an affinity for big band, 20's,30's and 40's music. Classical is timeless! That's a bit about me! I think, unless one has taken some time to get to know the other person, the coffee/tea date is a good start. Usually the setting is quiet, so the two can get to know one another, without too many distractions. After that, whatever the two decide to plan.

I am looking to just date someone right now, go to dinner, movies, weekend getaways, etc. I love doing anything outdoors; camping, fishing, horseback riding, motorcycle riding, waterskiing, hiking, etc. I'm very outgoing but also love to stay home and cook a good meal and watch a good movie sometimes. I love children and have four kids (my youngest is a freshman in college) and my first grandchild is already 2 years old! I can take care of myself so am not looking for anyone to take care of me, just want a companion to go have fun with but not be tied down in a committed relationship. I do only date one person at a time so if I'm dating you regulary then rest assured you are IT! I read, sew, knit, cook, etc. and love country music but also like classic rock, hip-hop, and many other types of music, even some of the rap is good. I have a passion for horses and horseback riding and own two horses so love to go riding and horse camping on weekends. I love all kinds of animals, even snakes! I am a very hardworking woman and have a great job. I am comfortable dressed up for work or in my jeans and boots working in the barn so I'm definitely not afraid to get dirty! If you have an adventurous side, but also love spending quiet time with a good, hardworking woman, then send me a note. Something that will allow us to have a good time, talk about likes and dislikes, and get to know one another.
