What to say? Well, I might be 51 but I am young at heart. Many of my friends are musicians and artists, the creative type, so that is a big part of my life. And I think that helps keep me young at heart. Me, I just work a normal job, and altho I am not creative musically or in the arts, I am creative in solutions to problems. lol I have been told that I am generous and passionate.. However, there are people who try and take advantage of that, and so I am cautious in who I share those things with on a deep level. I hope one day to find the man I have chemistry with, that I can share all that I am, and know that he honors those things, and me.I like to experience most things life has to offer. Traveling is a big interest for me. I like to go as many places as I can. I'm low maintenance (lol), independent, and I don't like 'drama'. I love to do new things, go new places, and meet new people. Break out of the routine.. At this time I am not looking for 'til death do us part', but someone I can enjoy life with. However, if there is chemistry and a foundation on which to build and grow, then I would be willing to see where things could go. I don't like games. Life is too short. Playing games just ends up making two people unhappy. I will always be honest with how I feel and what I would like. The things I admire most in a man are honesty and integrity.I would just like to add that I am not here to see how many men I can collect in my inbox, nor am I here to go on as many dates as I can to get a 'free dinner' and drinks. A FREE dinner and drinks does not interest me, (I am very capable of buying dinner and drinks for myself) and collecting men in my inbox does not validate who I am, nor interest me. I am not desperate for a man, nor will I ever be..I am here to maybe find that special one who can add something wonderful to my life, and I his.Having said that, I am a single mother who works full time. I have a house to take care of, as well as a car, yard, etc. and two teenaged boys, and it's very time demanding. My time is limited as I need to spend much time with my kids teaching them.. About life.. I am not a mean person, but I do not have time to respond to every *** sent me. It would take away too much time from my kids and that time is limited as it is. I apologize for this in advance. I tend to respond to only the men I think I would be attracted to and have common interests or foundations with. I get JUST AS MUCH 'rejection' on this dating site as everyone else, but I don't write angry *** someone didn't respond to me.. I mean hey, if they didn't find me attractive or interesting, well okay, I simply call it the universe, and I appreciate they aren't wasting my time OR theirs.. Not everyone has mutual attraction or we all would be dating the same people. And by the age of 51, I pretty much know what I am looking for.Let me add here that I have many friends of different cultures and races, and if you tend to think/talk about certain 'groups' of people in negative generalities, we would not be a good match. I also don't like hunting, unless it was necessary to survive, so if that is a fave thing for you to do, and you have your pic posted with some dead deer, we more than likely would not have a lot in common. And if you are a patsy for a bank, credit card company, or are in to 'financing' where you invest people's money and don't really care if they lose it, well again, we would most likely not see eye to eye. I have more respect for the solitary thief who robs me because at least he steals from me for himself, and not some big company who is in to legal loan sharking and allowed to do so.
