I would try to make it an enjoyable experience so that we could talk and get to know one another. That could be a nice hike, or walk in the park followed by a picnic if she is a fan of the outdoors. If she is more of a city girl I would go for a drink at one of my favorite small bars or a relaxing drink at a local coffee shop followed by a relaxing walk uptown or walk in the park.
