I'm right in the middle of a career change from teaching to animal advocacy and I've also started work on another degree. I've got a great sense of humor and my feet firmly planted in the ground. I say what's on my mind, think kindness is far too underrated, and love learning about and trying new things.I can't say that there's just one important quality that I'm looking for. It's more like I'll know it when I see it. At a bare minimum he should be honest and kind. He should know how to listen, laugh, and love. Humor is a must - all types appreciated - ranging from dry wit to low brow. Family should be important to him. He should like kids and pets (really just my dog). I'm going to be shallow & say it...
