About me, let’s see…….I think I’m pretty amazing, lol……just kidding….. Although, I am very confident and comfortable in my own skin. I was in a 20 year relationship, 18 of which we were married. That relationship taught me a great deal about “ME” and what I want (and don’t want) in a future relationship. I’m very honest (somewhat too honest, lol), very affectionate, independent and loyal……all with a great personality! I’m very happy and like to keep a smile on my face. It just makes your life go a little smoother. I don’t like to listen to negative things, I like to keep a positive attitude and I absolutely HATE drama. I love the outdoors, such as……..the beach, hiking, biking, swimming, walking, camping, etc. I also like to get out and socialize. I have a lot of family and friends that I visit often. We get together on every occasion. Sometimes we have to make up an occasion, just so we can hang out, lol. My favorite thing to do is cook! Nothing more relaxing than a great meal and a good glass of wine…….snuggled up watching a good movie!! I love movies! I have a 17 year old son that is and will always be my number one man. He is the perfect young man….yea, I know every mother would say that. But really, he is. LolI have two adorable pugs that I love very much. If you don’t like dogs, don’t bother. I guess that’s enough about me for now. If you want to know anything else, you’ll have to ask. I don’t want to give too much away, lol. Okay, so what am I looking for? I would really like to meet someone that has been there, done that and knows what he wants out of life. I like to be around someone with a sense of humor. Laughter truly is the best medicine! I don’t care for serious ALL THE TIME! Although, sometime is ok, lol. I’d like to meet someone that enjoys the outdoors as I do and can also spare some of his time with just “ME”. I love good manners, kindness and thoughtfulness in others. So saddened by what is going on in this sad country and am quite fiery on the subject as I'm part of the negative equity situation. I'm an old fashioned type and do appreciate older things such as antiques, books, old pubs like the Long Hall, Stags, Ryans, McDaids etc.. (did you know McDaid was the city morgue - I'm full of random trivia) and like my men with good values.I love music to the extent of being passionate about it - especially old school rock & roll, jazz, blues.. Pretty much all types, with the exception of metal.; John Grant, Melody Gardot - blown away by these guys. Love going to concerts. I'm an honest, up front, caring person but have no tolerance for messer's on here or in-genuine people..
