PUTTING YOUR OWN THOUGHTS AND BIASES OUTSIDE AND LOOKING AT THE BIG PICTURE. IF YOU UNDERSTAND THEIR FEELINGS, YOU WOULD BE MORE SENSITIVE IN KNOWING WHAT WOULD HURT OR INSULT THEM.
