I would sincerely like to wish everyone the best of luck on their search for that special someone. Keep your heads up, life can really suprise you sometimes! ~big bright smile~I am an attractive, fit, intelligent woman with an athletic/curvy build and take good care of myself. I have fair skin (which never quite reaches that pretty tanned-caramel color, but I've come to terms with that ~playful curve of lips~ ), bright blue eyes that do sometimes change color, red hair and a smile that brightens every day. Personality wise, I am pretty laid back but immensely adventurous. Comfortable being by myself, one-on-one with a partner (or friend) or in a group. Like nights at home as well as going out whether for movies, comedy shows, sports events, shooting pool, working out, camping or just finding a party to drop in on. That special person that can make your spine tingle with a touch, make you "nervous" just by being near or can crank the heat between to high with a look even if you're across the room from each other.Someone that will take comfort in your strengths, help you with your weaknesses and not bring up every flaw or wrong thing you've done. We're all human and make mistakes or forget things, to expect anything else is to fool yourself. Flaws are incredibly sexy. They are what truly makes us individuals. That brings me to liars... don't like 'em, can't stand 'em, avoid them like the plague. Not being honest with those around you (or even yourself) makes life unfullfilling for everyone involved. There really isn't any point to it. I work hard for everything I have and would expect the same of a partner. My belief is that a person appreciates things more if they've earned them (vs whatever it is being 'handed' to them). I do my best to show and verbalize my appreciation to those around me. Too many people go underappreciated, sincere thank you's go a long way.I am a very physical woman. I thoroughly enjoy being touched, whether it be an arm around the waist/shoulders, a hand held, a pass of hand across the back, a kiss, a body to press/lean against.... skin to skin contact is like a jolt of electricity (in a very good way). I'll even admit to being a bit of a "cuddler". That being said, physical contact is not something I "need" (not that clingy, I'm-gunna-hang-all-over-you-all-the-time type) but it is something that brings a great deal of pleasure. Since one would hope that we're all adults here ~sassy grin~ I will also say I have a very healthy sexual appetite and an open-minded outlook in this regard. It is an important part of a relationship, therefore bears mention.I like when I'm allowed to be the "Woman", but having a tom-boy streak and independant persona, sometimes people think that I have to "wear the pants"... this is not so. Generally speaking, I prefer a guy who takes point and can make decisions. I'm capable of doing the same, but lean more toward being the giver when I'm with a strong Man (mentally and physically). To me, its best when we're well-matched. Know when to take charge and when to step back. I may not be a damsel in distress, but that doesn't mean that I want to forego my Knight. ~sweet smile~ Don't let the "tough" ~rolls eyes, teasing smile~ exterior fool you, I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic who DOES pay attention to the little things. They make me smile and someone that takes the time to do the "little extra" deserves to have it appreciated.My friends are basically a second family, me being the "Mama Wolf" of the group. I am very protective of those I care about and do everything I can to be sure they are happy and safe. I am extremely devoted to those I hold dear. It would be nice if I could find a man that gets that and maybe is even something similar to his friends. When it comes to us though, I like to let him be my hero.
