It's not that I don't like going to the bars or clubs, just not the best place to meet someone. I like going to sporting events, concerts (big or small), walking out on near by trails, going to the beach, and just getting in the car to go somewhere else for fun. Camping (RV style), getting together with friends i.e. movie, dinner, or small parties are some other things I do. Have a great sense of humor, someone who is confident, has their own place and NO beer guts or man boobs....lol. It's only fair, if I have to work out, so should you...lol. Don't get me wrong, I do like to sit around watching tv from time to time or just chill with a big bowl of popcorn and watch movies on lazy days. I really do not like people who have low self esteems, confidence is good. Not like it should matter but I am actually a couple of years younger than what is on here. meetville won't let me change it. Shows I like: House of Cards, Walking Dead, True Blood, Madmen, Tudors, Coupling, Game of Thrones ......dang, I sound like a guy..lol.Pet peeve of mine is the pictures men post on here. If you are frumpy and can't put up a decent picture, I will assume that is how you always dress and don't put you best foot forward. Try not to look so mad or desperate! Something casual. A drink or coffee?

A little about me....I'm currently training for the SD Tough Mudder. Excited and looking forward to the challenge. Other than that I enjoy hiking, running, working out, eating healthy, photography, weekend road trips, sushi (YUM), the occasional night at a local club, opening doors for strangers, hosting fundraisers to feed the homeless or raise money for animals, a night of cuddling on the couch (the BEST break from a busy schedule), blah, blah, blah. It all sounds so mundane while writing it down.I've dated off and on for the past few years and now I'm at a point where I'd like to find something long term. I won't date for the sake of dating as I'm pretty content being single. I won't BS you if you don't BS me. It seems many guys on here write or say, "I'm looking for a relationship or long term..." but yet they can't let go of being single. I'm too old for the BS and drama that seems to come along with dating these days. I don't have much tolerance for it either.I'm an active, down to earth gal who is looking for someone to date with the idea of finding a long term relationship...the real deal. Along with chemistry, mutual things in common, I'm looking for someone local. ****Sorry, I won't be reading *** anyone outside of my direct area. Done it, gave it real effort and will never do it again.**** That is a deal breaker. And while we are at it please make sure your profile has pictures of you. Several would be ideal. Just as men need attraction so do women. Short and sweet
