I would like to meet someone who could sweep me off my feet, but is very down to earth. Tall and well-built with an interest in staying healthy and fit. On a first date I think its most important to be able to get to know each other. Talk without a lot of distractions. Maybe meet for lunch or an ice cream at the beach. Nothing too high pressure.
