My name is Kristen, but people call me by my middle name, Joy. I'm a MMA fighter and a Kickboxer. Yes, I have faught before lol. I'm huge into fitness and an exercise buff, I probably get roughly 12 workouts a week, and it's kind of my job 😁. I'm a personal trainer and combat coach, I specialize in teaching adults and children self defense, and how to fight properly. As a trainer and combat coach, I am a firm believer in working out with my clients, I would never ask them to do anything that I myself am not willing to do.
